  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. THE RETURN PROCESS

Important Notes on Returns:

  • Return Address: Our return warehouse is located in the Netherlands. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the exact shipping instructions and address. Do not send items back to the address on the shipping label or our business registration address without prior approval.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
