1. FREE SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free delivery.
2. PROCESSING TIMES
Once your order is placed and payment is verified, our team begins processing it immediately.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Because we ship directly from our international fulfillment partners to provide you with the best value, shipping times may vary.

4. ORDER TRACKING
Transparency is key. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 2-5 days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
5. DELIVERY ADDRESS & INCORRECT INFORMATION
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we reserve the right to charge for re-shipping or deduct the shipping costs from any potential refund.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For international shipments, packages may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once they reach the destination country.

7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
La Maison Margot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
